Healthy Day start

A hearty Welcome to my blog which concentrates more on healthy ways of living.

Our day starts with the dawn. I want to start up with the moment we wake up in the morning.
Friends its always a good practise to drink 2 glasses of water immediately after you wake up without brushing your teeth, yes I mean without brushing. We at least sleep 7-8 hours and a large amount of saliva will be secreted in our mouth. Its always a good practise to retain saliva without spitting.

I shall go with one tip a day without overloading.
